Vibe Coding for Marketers: Programmatic SEO, YouTube Hyper-Targeting, and AI Chatbots

Members Only

Google’s AI can now detect when your landing pages are just templates with swapped city names. Templated programmatic SEO pages that worked a year ago are getting de-indexed within days. This session introduced three AI-powered tools that represent the next evolution: hyper-localized content generation that passes Google’s quality checks, YouTube video ID scraping for precision ad placement, and AI chatbots that replace static landing pages with conversational experiences.

What We Covered

  • Programmatic SEO that survives – Neighborhood-level pages with unique local data, landmarks, and AI-generated FAQs that pass quality audits
  • YouTube video ID scraping – Scrape relevant videos by keyword, score them with AI, and import high-relevance IDs as placement targets
  • AI chatbot landing pages – Replace static pages with conversational bots that answer questions and steer visitors toward a phone call
  • Google Ads ZIP code targeting – Unlike Facebook, Google allows hyper-targeting for insurance, Medicare, and financial verticals

Why Templated Landing Pages No Longer Work

The session opened with a critical warning: Google’s AI now evaluates whether pages are genuinely relevant to their target keyword or just mass-produced templates. Pages that only swap the city name while keeping 90%+ identical content are getting de-indexed, sometimes within days of submission.[1]Spam policies for Google web search (scaled content abuse)developers.google.com

  • Google assesses a sample first – If the sample pages fail quality checks, Google stops indexing the entire site[1]Spam policies for Google web search (scaled content abuse)developers.google.com
  • Score difference is dramatic – Old templated locksmith pages scored 4 out of 10 on AI assessment, while new hyper-localized pages scored 7 out of 10
  • Data errors are fatal – A Tucson landmark appearing on a Phoenix neighborhood page was flagged as “a massive footprint for Google’s spam filters”
  • Trust factors are mandatory – Google now requires privacy policies, disclaimers, and other legitimacy signals on landing pages for SEO
Key Insight: Use both Claude and Gemini to assess your pSEO pages before submitting them. They catch different issues. In the live demo, Gemini caught a geographic data error that Claude missed. Running both gives you the most complete quality assessment.

Building Hyper-Localized Pages That Pass Quality Checks

The new approach generates pages at the neighborhood level rather than just the city level, and every page contains truly unique, location-specific content. The difference between this and the old template approach is the depth of real data incorporated into each page.

  • Neighborhood-level targeting – Pages for individual neighborhoods within a city create a hierarchy of state, city, and neighborhood pages
  • Unique data per page – AI-generated provider counts, average ratings, neighborhood-specific FAQs, local landmarks, and embedded Google Maps all sourced from actual data
  • Nearby neighborhood clustering – The system selects geographically close neighborhoods rather than listing random ones from across the city
  • Human-sounding language – AI prompts must specify conversational tone because Google’s AI can detect overly robotic content
Pro Tip: Before submitting any pSEO pages to Google Search Console, run at least two different neighborhood pages through both Claude and Gemini. Fix all flagged issues first. Aim for a score of 7+ out of 10 before submitting your sitemap.

YouTube Hyper-Targeting with Video ID Scraping

One of YouTube advertising’s biggest limitations is the inability to show conversion-focused ads on specific, relevant videos. Google’s broad targeting shows your ads on cat videos and music even when you set keyword and audience targeting. Video ID scraping solves this completely.

  • The problem – When running conversion-based YouTube campaigns, Google ignores your targeting preferences and shows ads on irrelevant content
  • The solution – Scrape YouTube search results for your keywords, collect all video IDs, then use AI to score each video for relevance on a 0-100 scale
  • Quality filtering – Out of 1,100 videos scraped for “car accident” keywords, only 269 scored 85+ for relevance to the actual niche
  • Direct import – Filtered video IDs export to a spreadsheet that imports directly into Google Ads as placement targets[3]Add, edit, and copy placements (YouTube videos as placements)support.google.com

AI Chatbot Landing Pages

The third tool replaces or augments traditional landing pages with an AI-powered chatbot. Instead of static information and a phone number, visitors get a WhatsApp-style conversation that naturally leads them toward making a call.

  • Pre-loaded context – The chatbot picks up the visitor’s search query from the URL and starts the conversation around their specific question
  • Organic conversation flow – The bot sounds human and conversational rather than robotic, asking follow-up questions before pushing the call-to-action
  • Location-aware personalization – The system passes the visitor’s city, state, and neighborhood data into the chatbot for hyper-personalized responses
  • Conversion after 2-3 exchanges – The bot pushes the call-to-action after approximately two to three messages, balancing helpfulness with urgency

Google Ads vs. Facebook for Regulated Verticals

An important platform comparison revealed why Google is often the better choice for insurance, Medicare, and financial service campaigns. The geo-targeting capabilities are significantly different.

Getting Started: The Recommended Path

For those new to these strategies, the session closed with a clear progression that minimizes financial risk while building foundational skills.

  • Start with organic SEO – Create a few AI-generated pages manually, ensure they are hyper-relevant, submit for indexing, and collect free leads before spending on paid traffic
  • ClickBank for beginners – ClickBank products avoid the complexity of home services (geographic matching, call routing) and provide a simpler testing ground
  • Low-budget YouTube testing – With as little as $5 per day, test YouTube ads using the hyper-targeting method before scaling
  • Quality first, volume second – If your first pages fail Google’s quality checks, they may stop indexing your entire site
Pro Tip: Focus on informational keywords for YouTube scraping rather than commercial ones. People searching “what to do after a car accident” on YouTube are in research mode and highly receptive to relevant ads, while commercial keyword videos tend to be from competitors who are harder to convert.
