This release is a minor tune-up for OpenHands, mostly fixing a couple of behind-the-scenes glitches. It matters most to developers managing the app's database and people using OpenHands Cloud, ensuring their settings display properly and the system stays up-to-date.
Fixes
- Database setup correction: A part of the app that updates the database (called a "migration") was trying to read database columns in the wrong format. The developers fixed this so the database updates without throwing an error.
- Cloud settings visibility: A specific setting for cloud agents (programs that do automated tasks) was accidentally turned off by default. The developers flipped it on so users on OpenHands Cloud can now see and use these settings as intended.
Improvements
- Updated internal tools: The software development kits (SDKs)—which are bundles of pre-written code that help different parts of the app communicate—were bumped up to a newer version (v1.33.0). This helps keep the app stable and compatible with the latest tech.
