What's new
- Chat readiness indicator: There is now a status indicator (a small visual cue) that sits right above your chat. It shows you when the conversation is still loading and lets you know the exact moment the AI is ready for you to start typing.
Improvements
- Safer chat deletion: When you go to delete a conversation, the confirmation pop-up now shows the actual title of the chat. This prevents you from accidentally erasing a project you wanted to keep.
- Doubled memory limits: The "condenser" (the part of the AI that summarizes and remembers past chat messages so it doesn't lose track of the conversation) had its maximum size limit bumped from 120 to 240. This means the AI can keep track of longer conversations without forgetting earlier details.
Fixes
- Search settings bug: Previously, if you went into your settings to change something else and hit save, it would accidentally erase your Search API Key (the password the software uses to connect to web search tools). This is now fixed, so your settings will stay exactly how you left them.
- General clean-up: The developers also squashed various other minor bugs behind the scenes to make the app more stable overall.
