This update is mostly about cleaning up annoying bugs and making sure the desktop app plays nicely with newer server setups. It matters most to developers using the V1 desktop workspace who want their tools to refresh accurately and stay out of the way while they work.

- The desktop app now communicates more smoothly with newer servers (the "client API" is just the behind-the-scenes bridge the app uses to talk to those servers). This makes everyday tasks like managing files, projects, and terminals feel more reliable.
Fixes
- Fixed a code-branch glitch: In coding, a "branch" is a separate version of your work. Previously, if you refreshed one branch, it could accidentally mess up the files in a totally different branch. Now, branches stay in their own lanes.
- Fixed an issue where older background connections (called "legacy MCP state") weren't properly reloading when you opened an older V1 workspace.
- Fixed a menu bug where the list of AI providers (the services that power the app) wouldn't refresh after you connected a new one or logged in using a secure web sign-in (OAuth).
