This update is all about making your workspace feel smoother, cleaner, and more reliable. If you are someone who keeps multiple coding projects open at once, these changes make the app behave much more like a polished web browser, while giving you a powerful safety net to undo mistakes.

What's new

  • Session Snapshots (Undo Button for Projects): Think of this like a save state in a video game. If you write some code or have a conversation with the AI that doesn't work out, you can roll the entire session back to an earlier message. This reverses both the chat history and the actual files you changed.
  • Draggable Tabs: You can now click and drag your project tabs to organize your workspace exactly how you want.
  • Quick Tab Switching: You can now use standard browser shortcuts (Ctrl or Cmd plus numbers 1 through 9) to instantly jump between your open tabs.
  • New AI Provider: Added support for GMI Cloud to the directory of cloud service providers.

Improvements

  • Polished Desktop Layout: The top titlebar, tab sizes, and archived (saved) sessions have been redesigned to look cleaner and more consistent.
  • Better "Empty" Home Screen: If you don't have any active projects open, the home screen now looks much friendlier and makes it easier to start something new.
  • Jump-to-Latest Button: The button that quickly scrolls you to the most recent message in a chat has a fresh, clean design.

Fixes

  • No More Ghost Tabs: If a project session is deleted, its tab will now close automatically instead of staying open.
  • Keeping Things Where They Belong: Fixed several bugs where draft messages, to-do lists, file attachments, and settings menus would accidentally drift over to the wrong tab when you switched projects.
  • Manual Login Backup: When logging into external tools (using a secure login protocol called OAuth), the app will now always display the login link. This means if your web browser fails to open automatically, you can still copy and paste the link manually to sign in.
  • Responsive Home Screen: Buttons on the home screen will now work immediately, even if your list of projects is still loading in the background.
  • Notification Cleanup: Notifications for a specific project will now properly disappear once you actually click on and open that project.
