What's new

• Session picker with live preview: You can now switch between different active chats right inside the app, and see a preview of the chat before you open it.
• New /log-level command: This lets you change how much detail the app logs (records) while it's running, without having to restart it.
• Better tool sharing: The /retry command (which tells the AI to try a failed action again) can now be used by external programs that connect to this app.
• Worktree tracking: When the app creates a "worktree" (a temporary copy of your project folder so you can test changes safely), it now shows up in your chat history. Plus, when you delete the chat, the temporary worktree folder is automatically deleted too, so it doesn't clutter up your computer.

Fixes

• Correct worktree branching: Previously, when creating a safe testing folder (worktree), it copied from your local, possibly untested files. Now it correctly copies from the main remote server version.
• Temperature respected: "Temperature" controls how random the AI's answers are. This setting was being ignored for "reasoning models" (AI designed to think step-by-step), but now it works correctly.
• Thinking setting fixed: When using "routed models" (AI sent through a middleman server), the setting that controls how much the AI "thinks" before answering wasn't updating properly. This is now fixed.
• Path picker fixes: When searching for files, typing a / no longer accidentally closes the search box, and you can now use ../ to look in folders above your current one.
• No more text glitches: Weird hidden characters (escape sequences) in the app's output no longer flood and mess up your typing box.
• Permission sharing fixed: If you give the AI permission to bypass a tool's rules, that permission now correctly passes down to any smaller, background tasks (child agent loops) it runs.
• No double output: The AI was accidentally receiving the exact same text from the computer's terminal twice. This waste is now stopped.
• Allowlist fixed: When you add a new tool to your "allowlist" (a list of approved tools), it no longer accidentally deletes the default tools that were already approved.
• Telemetry fixed: "OpenTelemetry" is a system that tracks how well the app is performing. It was sending data to the wrong web address, but now it goes to the correct endpoint.
