What's new
- Microsoft logins: Your app's users can now sign in with their Microsoft account, right alongside Google and Apple. You can easily turn this on in your settings or just ask Lovable to add it. Lovable handles the technical setup for you, but if you want to use your own company's Microsoft Azure setup to show your app's name on the login screen, you can switch to your own credentials.
- Smarter Snowflake dashboards: If your project connects to Snowflake (a popular data storage platform), Lovable is now smarter about building charts and analytics. Instead of writing its own code to guess your data, Lovable looks for "semantic views"—these are the official math rules your data team already set up in Snowflake. This means the numbers in your app will perfectly match your other business tools. You just ask for what you want (like a "revenue dashboard") and Lovable figures out the best way to build it.
- AI image editing: If your app uses AI to make images, it can now edit existing ones, not just create new ones from scratch. You can ask Lovable to build a feature where a user uploads a photo, types out a change, and the AI updates it. The AI can change the whole picture or just a specific part, like swapping out the background while leaving the person untouched. Just like other AI tasks, editing images uses up some of your AI credits.
- Link jumping: You can now paste a project's web link directly into the command palette (the quick-search menu you open by pressing Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows). Just paste the link or the project ID, hit Enter, and you jump straight to the project. This is super helpful if you are using the desktop app, which doesn't have a normal web address bar to paste links into.
