Jules is an AI assistant that helps you write and manage code. This update is a big deal for developers who use Jules but hate babysitting their code submissions. It makes the AI more independent by letting it fix its own mistakes, and gives you more control over who gets the credit on your GitHub profile.

What's new

• CI Fixer: "CI" (Continuous Integration) is an automated system that tests your code to make sure it works. Previously, if Jules submitted code and the CI test failed, the process would stall until a human stepped in to fix it. Now, Jules automatically gets the error message, figures out what went wrong, fixes the code, and resubmits it all by itself.
• Commit Authoring: When Jules saves (or "commits") code to GitHub, you can now choose whose name is attached to the work. You can let Jules take full credit (the default), share the credit as "co-authors," or put the work entirely under your own name. This is great for making sure your GitHub contribution graph accurately reflects the work you kicked off.

• Jules now works in a continuous loop—fixing, saving, and resubmitting code—so your projects keep moving forward without you having to manually copy and paste error logs.
• The new authorship settings apply across the board to all your repositories and work for every type of task, whether you scheduled it, Jules suggested it, or you triggered it manually.

Fixes

• Fixed a major workflow bottleneck: Jules used to stall your work whenever a GitHub Actions check failed, forcing you to manually set up code calls or paste error logs to get things moving again. Jules now closes this gap by handling the entire repair process itself.
