Fixes

• Safer project copies: When making a temporary copy of a large coding project (a "worktree"), it no longer copies over bad or outdated background settings that could mess up your files.
• Fixed the privacy banner: If you already turned off data sharing, you can now finally close that annoying privacy pop-up from the Settings menu.
• Fixed grouped tasks: When the app runs several tools together, they stay grouped in your view even if extra background info (metadata) gets attached to them.
• Fixed link clicks: If you use a Mac terminal, holding Command and clicking a link in a long chat now actually opens the right webpage instead of getting confused by other messages.
