What's new

Improvements

• Smarter Folder Memory: When you change folders using /cd, Copilot now remembers where you were when you resume your session and automatically looks for custom helper bots (agents) in that new folder.
• Auto-Resume Workspaces: If you have to restart the app, Copilot will automatically reopen your active workspaces (canvases) right where you left off.
• Faster Restarts and Shutdowns: The app now restarts instantly without waiting for slow background connections to close.
• Better Login Handling: When reconnecting to external tools, Copilot silently refreshes your login in the background so you don't have to keep signing in.
• Cleaner Screen Layout: Text wraps better when Copilot asks you questions, and the incoming data counter is now separated from the "cancel" hint to keep your screen tidy.

Fixes

• No More Flashing Windows: Fixed a bug on Windows where random command prompt windows would briefly flash on your screen during background tasks.
• Theme Glitch Fixed: Stopped the bright GitHub background color from flashing when starting up the app with a dark or custom color theme.
• Permission Prompt Fix: Fixed an issue where typing a slash in a command argument (like /azp) would confuse the system into asking for unnecessary file permissions.
• Windows File Paths: Fixed a bug that messed up Windows file paths when connecting to external data tools (MCP servers).
• Tmux Image Support: Images shown inside the terminal now render reliably if you are using tmux (a tool for splitting terminal screens).
