This update is all about making sure long, automated tasks run smoothly without getting interrupted by your computer going to sleep. It’s especially helpful for anyone using the app in a strict school or corporate network environment, or those using external tools that require extra permission steps.

What's new

  • Keep-awake setting: You can now flip a switch that stops your computer from going to sleep while the software is doing its job. This is great for long tasks that would otherwise get ruined if your machine dozed off.

Improvements

  • System certificate trust: The software now automatically trusts your computer's security certificates when it starts up. In plain English, this means it connects much more easily on strict networksβ€”like a school or company Wi-Fiβ€”that use their own custom security rules.

Fixes

  • MCP confirmations: MCP (an external tool system) now correctly applies your "autonomy" settings. Before, if you told the software it could use certain tools without asking for permission, it wasn't doing that correctly for MCP tools. Now it works as expected.
  • MCP OAuth: Logging into MCP servers using OAuth (a secure login system where you approve access without sharing a password) is much more reliable and won't randomly fail.
  • Hook display: "Hooks" are background triggers that run automatically. The extra info (metadata) attached to them used to wrap awkwardly across multiple lines, making it messy to read. It now stays neatly on a single row.
  • Verified domains on invite: When you invite people to your organization, the system now correctly checks your approved email domains. This stops invites from being sent to random or unapproved email addresses.
