This release is mostly about cleaning house. If you use the desktop app or connect to remote computers, this update makes your experience smoother, fixes a bunch of visual glitches, and stops the tool from freezing when connections go bad.

Improvements

• Instant context on resume: When you restart a paused session, the app now immediately shows how much memory "context" it's using, so you don't have to guess.
• Smarter Windows installer: If you're installing the command-line tool on a Windows PC, it now automatically figures out your computer's specific architecture (like 64-bit vs. ARM) without you having to tell it.

Fixes

• MCP connection freezes: If the app tried to connect to an external tool (an MCP server) and it failed, the app used to just freeze forever. Now, it times out and lets you move on.
• Clearer search errors: When using search tools (Grep and Glob), if the search took too long and timed out, the error message used to be confusing. Now it gives you a clear, actionable error so you know what to fix.
• Remote theme detection: If you use the app over a remote terminal (SSH), it finally auto-detects your dark or light theme correctly instead of guessing wrong.
• Todo color glitch: The colors showing the status of your to-do list now display properly.
• Completion notifications: The alert that pops up to tell you a task is finished now triggers *before* the app closes, so you actually get to see it.
• Lost subagent reports: A reminder telling you to check your to-do list was accidentally hiding important reports from helper bots (subagents). They are now visible again.
• Desktop app mission settings: Fixed a glitch where updating your "mission" settings in the desktop app wouldn't save properly.
• Desktop app mission alerts: "Mission mode" now correctly plays sounds and shows badge notifications when something happens.
• Saving default AI models: Your choice for your default AI model now actually saves and sticks around in the desktop app.
• Annoying tooltips: The tooltip explaining the AI's "reasoning" now politely disappears the second you start typing.
• Local storage crashes: If your computer's local storage is unavailable or full, the desktop app no longer completely breaks down.
