Self-hosted machines: You can now connect Cursor to your own private computers or servers. The AI does its work locally on your machines, so your code and passwords never leave your company's network.
Team pools: You can set up a shared group of computers (a "pool") for your whole team to share. When someone needs the AI, an available computer grabs the task. When the work is done, the pool can put idle computers to sleep to save money, and wake them back up quickly when new work comes in.
Cloud sandbox support: The AI can now run its commands inside the secure, isolated environments (called sandboxes) that developers already use, like AWS Lambda, Cloudflare, Vercel, and a few others.
