What's new

• Activity insights and share cards: You can now see a summary of how you use Codex in your Profile section. If you're proud of your stats, you can save a profile card and share it with others if you use a standard ChatGPT plan.
• More role choices during onboarding: When you first set up the app, you can pick from more specific roles. This helps Codex give you better, more customized suggestions right from the start.

Improvements

• Better "Computer Use" startup: "Computer Use" is a feature that lets the AI interact with your computer interface. It now gets ready to work faster and does a better job of telling you what went wrong if an error happens.
• Smoother onboarding: The setup process was expanded to better match your specific workflow.

Fixes

• Browser and review interface bugs: Fixed issues with fullscreen controls in the browser composer (where you write prompts), fixed the alignment of terminal scrollbars and animated diff stats (the numbers that show what code was added or removed), and fixed hex color swatches (the little color preview boxes) so they display correctly.
• Plugin installation fix: Fixed a bug where the app failed to save your settings correctly right after you installed a plugin.
