This release is a quick but important fix for anyone using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers—which are just external tools that help Cline do extra tasks. If you tried to switch these tools on recently and felt like the button was broken, this update fixes exactly that!
Fixes
- The "Use MCP servers" toggle is fixed: There was a switch to let Cline automatically run MCP tools without asking for permission every time. Before, this switch only worked if you had also approved each specific tool on its own, which basically made the switch look like it did nothing. Now, flipping that toggle on actually lets Cline use all your MCP tools automatically, no extra steps required.
