If your school or company uses a top-tier Enterprise plan, the people in charge now have a much better way to share the workload. Instead of giving someone full "Owner" access just so they can help with a few specific tasks, admins can now create custom roles. This lets the right people access only the specific areas they need, keeping everything else secure and locked down.
