If your school or company uses a top-tier Enterprise plan, the people in charge now have a much better way to share the workload. Instead of giving someone full "Owner" access just so they can help with a few specific tasks, admins can now create custom roles. This lets the right people access only the specific areas they need, keeping everything else secure and locked down.
What's new
- Custom admin roles: Admins can now assign members to help manage specific areas—like paying the bill (billing) or handling data rules (privacy)—without making them an Owner. An Owner normally has total control over the whole account, but these custom roles let you share specific duties safely.
