This update is all about making teamwork easier and giving your AI tools more things to do. It’s perfect for anyone building apps with a team, especially if you want to speed up how you handle feedback, meeting notes, and troubleshooting.
What's new
- Leave comments right on your app: You can drop a comment on a specific part of your app while you're building it. Your team sees the same comments, and they stay attached to the right spot even if you move things around. You can even send a comment to the AI, and it will try to fix the issue for you. Don't worry, people actually using your finished app won't see these comments.
- AI meeting notes: Your "Superagent" (an AI assistant) can now join your video calls on Zoom or Google Meet. It records the meeting, writes up notes and to-do lists, saves them, and emails them to you when the call ends.
- Share your error logs: "App Logs" are records of what your app is doing behind the scenes. If you filter those logs to look for a specific problem, you can now copy the web address and share that exact view with a teammate.
Improvements
- More invites: The number of people you can invite to your app each day now depends on what payment plan you're on, allowing up to 2,500 invites a day for top-tier plans.
- Google Ads for login apps: If you run Google Ads, you can now advertise apps that require users to log in, without having to mess with your app's privacy settings to get past the ad setup.
- See your code files: If you use "branches" (separate versions of your app where you can test new ideas safely), the Code tab now shows the exact file structure for the specific version you're working on.
Fixes
- Backend function limit changed: Before, you could only have 50 "backend functions" (the behind-the-scenes code that powers your app). Now, if you update just one function at a time, it doesn't count toward that 50-item limit. (Note: if you try to update all of them at once, the 50 limit still applies).
